These terms cover the Equipy marketing website at www.equipy.io only. Access to and use of the Equipy application at portal.equipy.io is governed by a separate services agreement between Equipy and your organisation.

This website is operated by Inerra Consulting under the Equipy brand ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using www.equipy.io you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Using this website

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to:

• use it in any way that breaches applicable UK or UAE law or regulation;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to, interfere with, or disrupt the site or its infrastructure;
• introduce malicious code, or scrape or harvest data other than as permitted by our robots.txt; or
• use our content or branding in a way that is misleading or infringes our rights.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, the Equipy name and brand, and the design and layout, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
